But the enforcement is difficult. But anyway, my guess is wage gap cannot be too wide as India is becoming a services oriented economy. If population growth comes under control, employment levels will go up and then the average wages will see a pick up all over the country. It may take at least 1-2 decades to reach the remotest places but in the urban region momentum has picked up already. Safety & ethics given lots of importance & every quarter repeated presentation (boring).
